At Adult Time, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Shipping And Delivery:

All orders are sent shipped from Melbourne via Australian post or StarTrack within Australia during normal business hours. Your order will be discreetly packaged in plain satchels/boxes and will not include references relating to the product purchased or site name purchased from. For discretionary reasons, the sender’s name will not be displayed on your parcel. 

Please advise upon receiving your parcel if there are any missing items. Orders are tracked, an email will be issued with a link on the day of dispatch. 

Australian Deliveries:

 * We endeavour to process your order within 24-48 hours of receiving. Please allow up to 2 days handling time.

* Shipping on orders will arrive between 2-4 business days depending on your location exclusive of processing time. Outside metropolitan areas may take longer. 

* FREE Shipping on orders of $250 & over. 

* Shipping for orders under $250 - $19.40. 

* Shipping within Australia is through Australia Post.

New Zealand Deliveries:


* We endeavour to process your order within 24-48 hours. Please allow up to 2 days handling time.

* Shipping on orders will arrive approximately between 6-10 business days depending on your location. 

* Australia / StarTrack post-delivery for all orders - $21.80. 

Reshipping charges will apply if international orders are returned to us. 

Rest of World Deliveries:

* We endeavour to process your order within 24-48 hours. Please allow up to 2 days handling time.

* Shipping on orders will arrive approximately between 6-27 business days depending on your location. (However, please note that due to Covid-19 delays, some shipping times may vary but we will endeavour to get your items to you as soon as possible).

* Shipping Rates will be calculated based on Australia Posts international shipping rates.

Reshipping charges will apply if international orders are returned to us. 

Large or heavy items may incur additional shipping fees. If additional shipping costs are required, then we will notify you upon purchase.

Shipments outside metropolitan areas which are in isolated areas may take a little longer to be delivered.  All deliveries include parcel tracking so you can check the delivery status of your order at any time most convenient to you. Tracking information is emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

All parcel deliveries are very discreet. Neither the courier nor anyone associated with the delivery of your parcel will be aware of its contents or place of origin. All packages coming out of our warehouse are simply and discreetly labelled with no reference to Adult Time. Packaging is strong and extremely well sealed to limit any risk of breakage, damages or parcels being opened in transit. 

Your order may be left unattended at the delivery address, however, if the area is deemed unsafe for delivery, the postal service worker, may choose to leave a 'missed delivery' card so that you can collect your parcel from the nearest post office.

Please be informed, we cannot be held liable if your parcel is lost or stolen from the delivery address. However, we will assist in rectifying any delivery issues with the postal service.

If the goods are returned to us, the customer will be charged additional delivery fees to resend the parcel.

Returns:

Before you place your order with us, we must remind you that we adhere to strict health regulations and this impacts how we can process returns.

Before returning a faulty toy, may we first ask you to follow a few simple testing points:

  • Make sure you are using the correct batteries

  • Make sure the batteries have been inserted correctly

  • Try new batteries

  • Make sure battery connectors are not wet or have moisture

  • If your vibrator doesn't vibrate, try firmly tapping it into the palm of your hand.
    (Motors sometimes seize during transportation and need a little help to start working again)

 If all else fails, please contact us to discuss a return. If you do not adhere to these strict guidelines, your return will be disposed of due to health and safety reasons at your own cost. We do not accept un-authorised returns.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returned products that do not meet your expectations or due to a ‘change of mind’.

Please note that for health reasons, we are unable to offer a refund on costumes or lingerie items including body stockings, hosiery, thongs, g-strings, and briefs. We are also unable to offer refunds or exchanges on intimate apparel and/or costumes simply because you "changed your mind". Please understand we have this policy in place to protect you, our customer and your health and wellbeing. 

Please note that for health reasons, we cannot process returns on items that have been 'used'.  We do not accept these items to be returned and would certainly never re-sell a used product.  Please understand we have this policy in place to protect you, our customer and your health and wellbeing. 

We can, however, replace items that are faulty. The personal nature of our sex toys and other products means that we can’t do any exchanges. To return a defective product, you must return it within 30 days. If you have any questions, contact our customer service team, who are more than happy to assist you with the returns process.

By purchasing for this site you declare that you are an adult of at least 18 years of age and can lawfully enter into and form contract under Australian Law.  

You as a consumer are responsible for knowing the limitations of your own body and using any products you purchase safely and responsibly. We cannot instruct you on how to use these products and cannot offer medical advice. If you are unsure of how to use an item safely, please do not purchase that item!

Our toys are body safe and easy to clean or sterilize as needed. They can be cleaned with soap and water (for best and correct cleaning instructions, please refer to the instruction information included in the packaging). Do not use silicone-based lubes with our toys as it may damage them. 

 ALWAYS wash your toys before using them for the first time and after each use.

 Whilst we do our best with our photos to make sure that the listing photos match the product you will be receiving, please understand that there can be minor discrepancies with the packaging of the item. We try to provide a brief description of the colour in the listing, but this is also subjective. Colour discrepancies are not grounds for a refund or exchange unless we send an entirely incorrect product.

If you feel there is an issue, please contact us BEFORE you open your product.

 In no event shall Adult Time, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages related to any product sold.
